Maryland-Anita Fay Wilson was born in Fort Sill Oklahoma to Doris and Bernard Wilson on May 30th 1959. She passed away on Thursday; August 10, 2023.

Anita attended school in Chesapeake, VA and graduated from Indian River High School in 1977. Her family took many summer trips and she enjoyed learning about historical sites and the Civil War. Fay enjoyed playing co-ed power volleyball after high school. Fay went on to school to become an angiography technician and surgical assistant.

She leaves to carry on her legacy, her sister Bonnie Wilson; her brother, Christopher Wilson; her nieces: Ashli Herbert (Hyon) and Simone Major; her great niece, Isys-Imani; great nephew, Hyon II; goddaughter Starr Branch; and a host of family and friends around the world.
