Chesapeake- Yosef B. Clemons, affectionately known as "Jervonne," returned to the Father on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at the age of 50.

Yosef was born on December 8, 1974, in Norfolk, VA, to the late Joe Harris and  the late Vernell C. Williams. He was born and raised in Chesapeake, VA, where he grew up in Broadlawn Park. Yosef deeply loved and treasured his family and friends—his children were his pride and joy.

He was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Montrica Halsey; and his brothers, Maurio and Kennon Williams.  He leaves to celebrate his life and legacy his beloved children: Jarvonna Williams, Amariyah Naftali, Azariyah Naftali, Zachariyah Naftali, and Zuriel Naftali. His treasured grandchild, Ke'Moni Poyner—affectionately known as "Granddude." His stepdaughter, Nasiah Naftali, and her children, Michah Naftali and Mahlani Naftali-Whitehead, whom he loved as his own.  He is also survived by his siblings: Donte Williams and Antonio Jordan (Assatta Lewis) all of Chesapeake, VA; LaToya Britt (Antonio) of Norfolk, VA; and Rachelle Jordan of Richmond, VA; as well as a host of family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on 2pm Sunday; August 10, 2025 at Fitchett-Mann Funeral Chapel, 1146 Rodgers Street, Chesapeake, VA.
