A funeral service with military honors will be held 11am Thursday; September 21, 2023 at Fitchett-Mann Funeral Services; 1146 Rodgers Street; Chesapeake, VA 23324. Viewing will be Wednesday; September 20, 2023 from 4-6pm. Burial will be at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery; Suffolk, VA. Please continue to keep the family in your prayers.
