It is with a heavy heart that I offer my deepest condolences to The Hawkins Family. Victor was a special person with a willing spirit of compassion to help others if they needed it. His willingness to help others was a term of endearment, that was shared with all he came in contact with. Happy to have had him as a friend. God bless and may he rest in heavenly peace!!
