Chesapeake-On Saturday, April 29, 2023, as part of his great plan, the Heavenly Father called our loved one, Shadaryl Neakea Riddick to his heavenly home. She was born on October 2, 1991 to Nicole Riddick and Murray Perkins, in Chesapeake, VA.

Shadaryl Riddick affectionally known as "Shay" by her family. She was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and cousin. She graduated from Oscar Smith High School in 2010. Shay truly enjoyed spending time at the beach and with her family, creating memories and showing love to anyone she crossed paths with. She was a true gem with the heart of gold and will be missed immensely by her family and friends.

Shay leaves to cherish her memory her mother Nicole Riddick; her father Murray Perkins; one loving brother, Molik Riddick; four step sisters; grandmother, Nancy Riddick of Chesapeake; two aunts: Keisha (Thomas) Butler and Kim Riddick; two great aunts: Barbara Jean Sivels and Harriet Coston (Lee); three special aunts: Lucille (Bobby) Gregory, Marva Bynum and Paula Ricks; one great uncle, John (Connie) Jarvis; two uncles: Steve and Fred Perkins; very special friend, Atoy Lee; a host of special cousins, other relatives anf friends.

A service will be held 3:00 pm Saturday; May 6, 2023 at New Weeping Mary Baptist Church; 104 Fentress Road; Chesapeake, VA. There will be no public viewing on Friday. Please continue to pray for the family.
