Chesapeake- Robert Lee Price Jr. passed away on June 20, 2026. He was the father of Kechera Shanita Roberts.

A born native of Norfolk, Virginia, Robert was the son of the late Myrna Jean Lawrence Whitehurst and the late Robert Lee Price Sr. Robert attended Lake Taylor High School in Norfolk, VA. He was a member of First Baptist South Hill in Chesapeake, VA.

Robert was employed by Checkered Flag of Virginia Beach as a valet concierge. He displayed excellent customer service and had an uncanny ability to impact people daily in a positive way.

Robert's legacy will be remembered for his strong will and determination through adversity. His sense of humor coupled with a touch of sarcasm was his way of expressing at times. Robert enjoyed sharing his pass time with family and friends. He had a great love for sports as well.

Robert is preceeded in death by his parents and his brother Keith Price.

Left to cherish precious memories are his daughter, Kechera Roberts (Jarus) of San Augustine, TX; Sister, Renita Perkins of Chesapeake, VA; Brothers, Derwin Price and Renell Price of Norfolk, VA; Special Nephew and Niece Kelvin and Tammy Price; A host of great nephews, nieces, and a special friend Valerie Skinner.
