Viewing will be 4-6pm Tuesday at Fitchett-Mann Funeral Services; 1146 Rodgers Street; Chesapeake, VA 23324. Burial will be in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery; Suffolk, VA.
