Norfolk-On Saturday; October 17, 2026, our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend gained his angel wings and went home to be with his Lord and Savior.  Mark was born to the late Carrie & Henry Hardy in Norfolk County on November 1, 1962.

Mark leaves to cherish his memories, his two daughters: Charlene Perkins and Sharita Perkins; two sons: Mark Perkins and Michael Perkins: two sisters: Joyce Lawrence (Ray) and Gloria Hardy; one brother, Henry Hardy, Jr. two aunts: Shelba Marsh and Neomia Sykes; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
