Chesapeake- Lillie Mae Bryant gained her wings on April 8, 2023 at 8:30am at Chesapeake Regional Hospital. Lillie Mae Lewis Bryant was born in Wilson County, North Carolina to the late Vernon Lewis & Lilly Lewis Barnes.

Mrs. Bryant moved to Virginia and married the late Benjamin Bryant, Sr. From this union, they were blessed to have six children of which three are deceased: Linda D. Bryant, Benjamin Bryant, Jr. and Paula Bryant-Smith.

Left to cherish precious memories of their mother is Brenda Joyce-Tanner, Vernon Lee Bryant and Rena Bryant-Washington; grandchildren: Roderick Bryant, Isaiah Washington, Dereck Bryant, Lyman Duke Tanner, Minda Tanner and Latrice Bryant; great grandchildren: Mayiah and Roderick Jr; one great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be held 11:00am Monday; April 17, 2023 at First Baptist Church Crestwood- The Restoration Center; 4701 Bainbridge Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23320. A visitation will take place on Sunday; April 16, 2023 from 2-4pm at Fitchett-Mann Funeral Services.
