Chesapeake-A funeral service will be held 1pm Thursday; November 6, 2025 at Fitchett-Mann Funeral Services; 1821 E. liberty Street; Chesapeake; VA 23324. Viewing will be 2 hours prior to service. Burial will be in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery.
