Chesapeake- Horace L. Sivills: passed away on Monday; February 26, 2024.
A Homegoing Celebration will be 11:00 am Wednesday; March 6, 2024 at Providence United Church of Christ; 2200 Vicker Ave.; Chesapeake, VA. Viewing will be 4-6pm Tuesday; March 5, 2024 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park.
