Norfolk-Charles Louis Mason, 56, passed away suddenly on April 1, 2025, at his residence. Charles was born on June 29, 1968, in Norfolk, VA to Anita (deceased) and Rodney Magnum.

Charles married Kimberlie Mason on November 27, 2021, in Norfolk, VA. He last occupation was at Hardees as a maintenance worker. If you knew Charles, you knew he was a guy of few words but full of a lot of smiles and humor. Being around him, you can tell he was a man with a lot of knowledge and wisdom. One thing we can say about Charles is that he lived life by the beat of his own drum day by day.

He leaves to cherish his memories a wife, Kimberlie Mason; siblings: Breanda C. Bynum (Raheem), Eric Mason (Annette), Ebony Holley, Rodney Frazier (Regina), Lara Magnum, Kamysha Magnum, Brandon Gilliam; his children: Brion Blount, Charnita Blount, Shaquala Blount, Charles Mason, Jr., Davona Boone, Nikiyah Anthony; 6 grandchildren; his special father; Ulysee Coleman, Jr.; many nieces and nephews, a host of cousins and a lot of homeboys.
