Portsmouth-A funeral service will be held Noon Friday; December 5, 2025 at First Baptist Church Gilmerton; 1617 Shell Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23323. Burial will be in Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery; Suffolk, VA. Viewing will be 4-6pm Thursday; December 4, 2025 at Fitchett-Mann Funeral Services; 1821 E. Liberty Street; Chesapeake, VA 23324.
