Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery; Suffolk, VA. Viewing will be 4-6pm Thursday; December 4, 2025 at Fitchett-Mann Funeral Services; 1821 E. Liberty Street; Chesapeake, VA 23324.
