Chesapeake-A funeral service will be held 11:00am Thursday; December 4, 2025 at The New St. James AME Church; 501 Dinwiddie Street; Norfolk, VA 23523. Viewing will be 4-6pm at Fitchett-Mann FS; 1821 E. Liberty Street; Chesapeake; VA 23324. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park.
