Chesapeake-Angela L. Mason, affectionately known as "Angie B," was born on October 18, 1964, to the late James Ashley Mason. She attended the public schools of Smithfield. Angela was a dedicated employee at Williams Hand Carwash and a true entrepreneur at heart.
She enjoyed creating and selling oils and later founded Jimmy's Apparel, named in honor of her late father—an expression of her creativity, ambition, and love for family.

Later in life, Angela accepted Christ and continued to grow in faith. She was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt who deeply cherished time spent with family and friends. Angela found joy in watching movies, laughing, joking around, and creating moments filled with love and laughter. She had a great spirit, a wonderful heart, and a personality that could light up any room. Known for her kindness, generosity, and genuine care for
others, Angela made everyone feel welcome and loved.

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, Angela answered her final call and quietly entered into eternal rest. She was preceded in death by her fraternal grandparents, Walter and Corine Mason; her maternal grandparents, Howard and Lucille Freeman; her uncle, Howard Freeman; and her aunts, Mary Scott and Emma Staton.

Fond memories will forever be cherished by her mother, Pecora Ferebee; her brothers: Charlie (Chuck) Scott, James Mason II, Everett D. Judd Jr. (Nicole Judd), and Reggie Birchette (Amelia Birchette); her sisters: Jody Elley, Dionne Banks (Oliver Banks), Pasqualina Freeman, Patrina Brown (Darrell Brown), Cassandra Spratley, and Mona Livermon. She is also lovingly remembered by her aunts, Zelma Birchette and Wilma
Teresha Mason; her uncles: Larry Bernard Mason, Kelma Mason, and Lowell T. Mason; her nieces and nephews; Howard Ali Marquise Freeman, Shacora E'mecia Nicole Judd, Salicity Monarus Mason, Everett Alfonzo Judd, Ashlee Levon Brown, Charlie Emory Xavier Judd, and Miracle Fantasia Brown; her great-niece, Rhy'Leigh Kori Nicole Judd; her great-nephew, Zhy'lan James Everett Judd; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A funeral service will be held 11am; February 21, 2026 at New Beginnings Church Of Christ; 6400 Drew Dr; Virginia Beach, VA 23464.  Viewing will be 4-6pm Friday. Please continue to pray for the family.
